1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the 1rokok platform — including but not limited to the website at https://1rokok.one, any associated mobile browser interface, and all games, services, and features offered therein — you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the 1rokok Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the 1rokok platform. 1rokok reserves the right to deny access to any user who does not comply with these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the 1rokok platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained for the duration of your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 1rokok strictly enforces a minimum age of 21. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds returned, and the matter reported where required by law.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by 1rokok or any other gaming platform with which 1rokok has a shared exclusion arrangement.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party or under instruction from another person when registering or operating an account.

1rokok reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the 1rokok platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balances held across all associated accounts.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify 1rokok immediately via live chat support if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

1rokok will never ask you to disclose your password — whether via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 1rokok support immediately.

• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account benefits to any third party.
• 1rokok reserves the right to close any account and void any associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account registration was based on false information.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the 1rokok platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 1rokok supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: FPX, DuitNow, Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Credit/Debit Card.

• Minimum deposit: RM 30 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction. Withdrawal requests are processed on a rolling basis and are typically completed within five (5) minutes for DuitNow and eWallet methods.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in the same name as the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• 1rokok does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees levied by your bank or payment provider are outside 1rokok's control and are solely your responsibility.
• 1rokok reserves the right to request additional identity or payment verification before processing any withdrawal. Where such verification is required, processing times may be extended.
• Deposits made in error or through fraudulent means will be reversed where possible. 1rokok co-operates with Malaysian financial institutions and law enforcement on matters of suspected payment fraud.

5. Bonus & Promotional Terms

1rokok offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("turnover requirements") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable turnover requirement for each promotion is specified in the promotion details.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in MYR. Bonus funds must be used before real-money funds in all circumstances.
• 1rokok reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a player's eligibility for a promotion at any time where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or any form of system exploitation.
• Players may not participate in promotions using funds derived from other bonuses unless explicitly stated. Each bonus must be satisfied independently unless otherwise specified.
• Multiple accounts used to claim the same promotion constitute bonus abuse and will result in permanent account closure across all associated accounts.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

All games offered on the 1rokok platform — including live casino games, RNG table games, slot games, sports betting markets, and arcade games — operate under certified rules specific to each game type. Game-specific rules are available within each game interface.

All RNG-based games on 1rokok utilise certified random number generation technology that has been independently tested and verified for fairness by recognised third-party testing laboratories. 1rokok does not manipulate game outcomes.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, 1rokok reserves the right to void the relevant game round and return any wager placed.
• Decisions made by 1rokok's game integrity team regarding disputed game outcomes are final and binding.
• Live dealer game outcomes are governed by the rules of each game as administered by the relevant live studio provider. Video recordings of all live dealer sessions are retained for dispute resolution purposes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1rokok platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or attempting to access the platform using another person's credentials
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tool to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated exploitation of any game or promotion
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud
• Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the 1rokok platform without authorisation
• Providing false personal or payment information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage
• Using the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited and knowingly circumventing geographic access restrictions

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 1rokok platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data — is the intellectual property of 1rokok or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 1rokok content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1rokok and its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruption.

1rokok does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical incidents, or third-party service disruptions may affect platform availability. 1rokok will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned maintenance in advance.

Nothing in these Terms limits 1rokok's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by the 1rokok Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering on the 1rokok platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Responsible Gaming

1rokok is committed to promoting responsible gambling. All players are required to be at least 21 years of age. Account-level tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion are available to all registered players from the account dashboard at no cost. These tools are designed to support players in maintaining control of their gambling activity.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 1rokok holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the 1rokok platform shall be submitted first to the 1rokok internal dispute resolution process via the live chat support channel.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority or an independent dispute resolution body as designated by 1rokok's licensing authority. 1rokok's decisions following the internal dispute resolution process are final and binding to the extent permitted by applicable law.
